the chamber of commerce carried out a survey. they asked businesses all over america, what's the impact of a particular piece of legislation and people came back, 75% of the people surveyed said, that piece of legislation keeps us from hiring people. that legislation we have to get rid of is known as obamacare and i'm going to get rid of it.
